Mr. Ivanchyk is married and has 2 daughters. His hobbies are philosophy, swimming and skiing.

• Between 1982 and 1989 Mr. Rybin worked for the Kyiv Aviation Industrial Association (KiAPO)
• Between 1989-1996 he worked as a Director of a scientific-technical centre for youth - "Alternative"
• Since 1996 he had been working for "Astarta-Kyiv" as Head of a Unit, Head of division
• In 2001 he became Chief Operating Officer
• In 1991 Mr. Rybin graduated from All-Soviet Union Financial and Economic Institute
• In 2005 he took a course on Assets Management at the Ukrainian Institute for Stock Market Development
• In 2007 he graduated from International Management Institute (IMI Kyiv) on a Senior Executive MBA Programme

Mr. Rybin is married and has a daughter and a son. His hobbies are fine arts and skiing.

• Since 1996 has been working for "Astarta-Kyiv" as Head of Unit, than as Head of Agricultural Division, and in 2006 he has been made Director of Commerce
• Since 2006 Mr. Stakh has been studying at the International Management Institute (IMI Kyiv) on Management Development Programme (PMD)

He is married and has a daughter. Mr. Stakh is fond of history and goes in for sports.

• From 1989 to 1995, he rose from a foreman to a senior engineer of the Hubynykha sugar plant.
• In 1995, he became the Director of the Hubynykha sugar plant, after that, chairman of the board
• From 1997 to 1998 - chairman of the board of the National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine "Ukrtsukor"
• Between 2002 - 2004 he worked as a deputy director for Dnepropetrovsk regional Union of Industrials and Entrepreneurs
• In 2003, worked as a senior engineer for sugar cane processing plant, CanSugar Inc., New Branswick, Canada
• In 2006 he had been working for "Astarta-Kyiv" as a project manager, later became the Head of Sugar Production Department

Mr.Rylik is married, has a son and a daughter. His hobbies are skiing, cycling, and water sport.

• During 1990-1996 worked for the Regional department of agriculture of the Dnipropetrovsk region

• From 1999 to 2009 - general director of LLC "Agro-Oven", Dnipropetrovsk
• Since August 2009 he has been working for "Astarta-Kyiv" as Head of Agriculture Production Department

• In 1989 graduated from Kyiv Shevchenko University (MSc in Physics, Magna cum laude)
• In 1995 acquired the certificates in Financial Analysis and Applied Market Economics (Joint Vienna Institute and Toronto University)
• In 1999 graduated from Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade (MSc in International Management)
• Since 1989 has been working in Ukraine and abroad on foreign economic relations and energy projects. Before joining ASTARTA in 2008, he was an executive manager in Ukrainian energy company coordinating cooperation programs with the EU, Russia, and the US.

Fluent in English, German, and Russian.

• In 2004 graduated from Ostroh Academy National University and obtained a degree in finance
• During 2004-2007 worked as a financier in such business directions like metallurgy, real estate, and construction
• Since 2007 worked for "Astarta-Kyiv" as Head of a Unit, Head of Internal audit.
